Residents have a completely separate entrance and lobby. You never share space with hotel guests, and the 25th floor is a private lounge level for owners only, with a bar, boardroom, fitness center, outdoor grilling areas, and a rooftop dog park with views toward Tysons and Reston Town Center. ⠀ The service side is what sets this apart from a conventional condo building. There’s a 24/7 concierge, valet parking, and an à la carte menu that includes in-residence dining, a personal chef, grocery shopping, dog walking, and dry cleaning. Ownership also comes with elite status in the Marriott Bonvoy program. ⠀ We walked two units on camera, a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom plus den, and both were noticeably roomier than the square footage suggests. Ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and quartzite countertops throughout. This past April, a combined penthouse here sold for $10.25 million, breaking Virginia’s previous condo record by nearly four and a half million dollars. 🏆 ⠀ Two-bedrooms start just over $1.6 million, and roughly two-thirds of the 93 units are still available. The same buyer also picked up a 24th-floor unit for $1.5 million separately. ⠀ For anyone watching this market, the number alone is significant. But the bigger story is who is choosing Reston now. Buyers at this price point have options anywhere. This one chose here. ⠀ The JW Marriott Residences is a 28-story tower at Reston Row, near the Silver Line at Reston Station.
